At Freefly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronic gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device and verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
